We are a small Montessori preschool located inside Kernersville Moravian Church. Our beautiful, 7 acre campus is located in the heart of Kernersville, NC. We serve children from 2 years to 6 years of age. We are committed to bringing a high quality early childhood experience to all children and we strive to ensure that every child in our care has the opportunity to succeed and fulfill their personal potential. Our program runs from August - May and we offer 3 and 5 day programs with a half day (9:00 - 12:00pm) or extended day including "Lunch Bunch" (9:00 - 1:00pm) schedule. We are currently seeking several Substitute Teachers to add to our substitute list to call when our staff members are out of the preschool.

Employment Requirements/Credentials:

• High School Graduate, ECE Credential or equivalent.
• B.A./B.S. Education Preferred.
• Minimum 3 year work experience in related field (Early Childhood Ed.)
• CPR Certification

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Classroom Environment:
• prepare and arrange classroom “works” as needed.
• maintain materials for each “work.”
• maintain general order, tidiness and cleanliness of the classroom.
• place out snack and water daily and organize snack area to insure ease of use by children.
• assist in transition of the children during bathroom usage, hallway transitions, and lunch time.
